Housing in Bukama Village on Yasawa Island, Fiji, reflects traditional Fijian practices with a blend of modern influences. Homes are typically constructed using local materials like wood, bamboo, and palm fronds for thatched roofs, though some incorporate modern materials such as concrete or corrugated metal.
