Vor zehn Jahren noch gehörte der kleine Ort Kapisuya am Schwarzen Meer zu den Dörfern, in denen direkt am Strand wunderschöne Jachten aus Holz gezimmert wurden. Moderne Zeiten haben die Handwerker vom Strand vertrieben und eine kleine Promenade entstehen lassen.
