Often referred to as the Pintu Gerbang Kota Sultan Ismail Petra, this grand archway stands near the Menara Jam (Clock Tower) and the Kelantan River waterfront. It was built to commemorate the declaration of Kota Bharu as a Cultural City (Bandar Raya Islam). Its intricate Islamic geometric designs and traditional Malay motifs make it a stunning entryway to the Dataran Muhammadi area.
