Malá Fatra (known in English as the Lesser Fatra or Little Fatra) is a beautiful core mountain range in northern Slovakia. It forms a key part of the Western Carpathians and stands as the fourth-highest mountain range in the country.
Krivánska Fatra: The northern, higher, and more famous section. It is protected as the Malá Fatra National Park.
