View from inside a spatter cone vent in the Medicine Lake Volcano area of Northern California. It is one of three spatter vents along a fissure w/ lots of unstable breakdown & ceilings comprised of lightweight cinder froth. This is a direct chimney leading from a bottom crawlway to a nearby much larger vent.
