Dedicated to the main character from the Jules Verne's book "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea". It was designed by Moncho Lastra and sculpted in bronze by Sergio Portela Campos. Represents two divers searching for the treasures of the Battle of Rande. Jules Verne is dominating the scene on a big stone pedestal. It is placed just in between Cesantes Beach and San Simón isle, in Redondela. The divers can only be seen when the tide is low.
