在台北縣政府與北海岸及觀音山國家風景區管理處、當地業者努力經營下，成功地塑造「幸福海岸」的形象，並行銷到海外，根據台北巿婚紗策進會的統計資料顯示，2007年香港人來台拍婚紗的遊客已達每個月1000對以上的人數，其中，到北海岸拍婚紗者占了25%，北觀處表示，希望透過「石門婚紗廣場」的完工來豐富國內外新人到北海岸拍照及旅遊的行程，進而帶動地方的繁榮。

位於石門鄉台2線省道24K處幸福登場，成為「2008-2009旅行台灣年」在北海岸地區舉行隆重的起跑儀式，為這片幸福海岸再添加一個浪漫拍攝婚紗照的新景點。
